Top-class staff plus the breakfast was low cost! The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. There was a great bar with excellent service. Decent location to a historic castle. I loved staying in this place, it was AMAZING!

All good - we liked our stay - food was fabulous and lovely staff. Incredibly beautiful view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. There was a modest restaurant, shops and supermarket next door. Plus, it's within walking distance of carmo convent. Superb service😀

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful view. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The hotel was at a moderate distance from Rossio subway. We had a microwave, an electric kettle and kitchenware in the room. Service was special too. Family-friendly place, you know.

We where close to such places as alfama. Balcony was a bonus. Centrally located for us...

All in all a GREAT experience. Castelo de jorge was within walking distance. We liked the room. Baixa / Chiado neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
